Do you need to make a claim?
Welcome to the claim page, please read the passage below before submitting a claim so that you can receive the information needed for your situation. This way you can take the appropriate action and we can guide you in the right direction.
Pre-Claim Advisory
You're not required to file a claim. Here are some things to consider if you are an auto or property customer:
1. Was anyone injured?
2. Did you damage someone else's property or vehicle?
3. Is it unsafe to live in your home or drive your car?
4. Are the damages above your deductible?
Information Needed to file claim:
1. Photos of the damage, if applicable
2. Your contact information
3. The name and contact information of any other involved parties
4. Policy information, if available
5. The type of loss you are reporting (auto, home, etc.) Remember, in the event of auto damage, your policy does not include mechanical breakdowns.
6. The date and time incident occurred
7. A description of what happened
8. A description of any injuries
