A brief history...
Provo is a city in Utah county, Utah. It has a population of about 114,000 people. It is also located east of Utah lake and west of the rocky mountains. Provo is the state's 2nd largest city and is also one of the oldest.
Utah valley was originally home to the Ute Indians or Yuta, or Uta Indians. This is actually how the state got its name. They heavily relied on this lake for fishing just west of Provo for survival.
The reason Provo got its name is through a trapper named Etienne Provost who was a well known fur trader at that time. He was also known as an experienced mountain man and fur trader from Quebec.
He also established trading posts on the lake's shorelines. History has it that the Provo river and the City of Provo got their name from this man.

If you are an avid outdoor enthusiast we recommend you hike Bridal Veil Falls, Provo Canyon, Rock Canyon, Provo River Parkway trail and the Y trail.
If you are more interested in history or paleontology you should check out the museum of Paleontology or the Monte L. Bean Life Science Museum that has all kinds of exceptional fossils and exhibits.
If you want a more laid back approach to Provo there is Aspen Grove Family Camp, the Soap Factory, Provo Pioneer Village. For the adrenaline junkies at surfer dudes there is Seven Peaks Resort Water Park and Provo beach that are great to enjoy with the whole family.

If the quote is satisfactory and agreed upon we send you some forms to sign online. after which we will send you forms providing proof of insurance. Am I obligated to follow through even if its cheaper?

Will my current Provo insurance carrier/agent be notified if I get a quote?

The only time your agent and carrier will be notified is if you initiate a policy through us which at that point your current policy should be canceled with your current Provo insurance agent.
